3. Farm Games Guidelines

Graduating Class Tracking

Students are required to register for Farm Games events within their current graduating class year. Participants may not switch graduating class years and must maintain consistent school enrollment throughout the entire academic year. The Farm Games team will check rosters and verify graduation status or class for all participants. This regulation will take effect in the 2023-2024 academic year. 

Guest Playing & Switching Teams

Participants are not allowed to guest play for a different graduating class during any Farm Games event. If your class year does not have enough players before the start of a game, your team may invite another student from the same graduating class to join. If a teammate leaves during a game, your team may substitute another student from the same class year. The substitute must arrive within 10 minutes; otherwise, the team must continue with fewer players.

Participants may not switch class years at any point during an event or compete for a different graduating class in another Farm Games event. To help ensure balanced competition and smooth event operations, we encourage all participants to register early and arrive on time.

Gear

In select few Farm Games events, participants will receive gear for registering and attending. Depending on the event and the number of participants, second and third place teams will also receive prizes. First place in any event will always receive gear. However, if you are caught playing or choose to play with a different class year (just for fun) and your TRUE class year wins, you will not be eligible to receive the winning team prize.

Individual Rings & Trophy Name

Individual championship rings will be awarded to participants from the winning class for that academic year. To qualify for a ring and have their name featured on the trophy list, students must earn 400 or more individual points, excluding team wins.

Full Registration

If registration is full, please refrain from trying to join a different class year. Instead, join our waitlist, as there is still a good chance for you to participate. For future events, we highly recommend signing up early to secure your spot.

Ejections

If you are ejected or asked to leave at any time during an event, your championship ring will be revoked, regardless of whether you have earned 400 or more points. Additionally, if you are ejected or asked to leave, you will forfeit your gear, even if your class wins the event.
